Our Team
Mr. Yasser Al Kadi is the CEO of Kadi Group Holding and the Managing Director of Zajil. He is a member of several boards of directors, including Derayah Financial and Bahri Company. He is also a member of the Logistic Committee in the Eastern Province Chamber and a member of the Oqal Group Board of Trustees.
Mr. Yasser has completed his Bachelor’s degree in Finance and MBA from the University of Portland. Additionally, he completed a range of executive degrees at various universities, including Harvard, INSEAD, and London Business School.

Mr. Abdulaziz Al-Turki held numerous leadership positions in different companies, including his role as an engagement manager of the McKinsey & Company subsidiary, Elixir Management Consulting. He previously worked for SABIC in multiple leadership positions. He has also worked in a number of startups in KSA and London.
Abdulaziz completed his Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland and an MBA from London Business School.

Ameer is the Co-Founder & Chairman of BasharSoft (Wuzzuf & Forasna), sits on the board of Egytrans, a publicly listed logistics company, and is a Board Member at ITIDA, the executive arm of the Ministry of ICT in Egypt to help in setting strategies from for Egypt on digitization, innovation, and entrepreneurship. He was selected as an Endeavor Entrepreneur in 2019 and named a Young Global Leader by the WEF.

Ameer holds a MSc degree in Computer Engineering and BSc in Electronic and Communications, and completed executive programs on Public Policy at Harvard Kennedy School and business leadership executive programs at Stanford, INSEAD, and Harvard Business School.

Cosmin has more than 4 years of experience investing in growth capital in industries like technology, healthcare or specialized manufacturing. Previously, he spent two years in corporate finance M&A in KPMG, working on multiple transactions involving start-ups
Cosmin is a CFA Charterholder and graduated the Masters in Finance from London Business School.
